Financial Therapy uses evidenced-based practices and interventions to change how people think, feel, behave, and communicate about money.
It is a process that can be facilitated by professionals of differing disciplines including psychotherapists, financial planners, behaviorists, coaches, and advisors.
As a certified financial therapist -I (CFT-I™) and a financial wellbeing practitioner with a background in human development, psychology, social work, and business, I help you to build your balance both financially and emotionally as well as create a healthy relationship with money.
The key to achieving balance is finding your financial rhythm. Each of us has our own unique rhythm. My approach to helping you find your financial rhythm is integrative. I work from a mind body perspective. If you are local, I offer in-person, walk and talk therapy, and mind body retreats. Alternatively, if virtual, I utilize mindfulness to guide our conversations.
You deserve to have a healthy relationship with money and to create a financial rhythm with money that is free of stress, fear, guilt, or shame. My clients come to me wanting to work in partnership to:
