Nature-based coaching, also known as ecotherapy or green therapy, is a coaching approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of human beings with the natural world. It involves using nature and outdoor settings as a tool to improve physical health and wellbeing.

 

Connecting with nature reduces stress and anxiety 

 

One of the main benefits of nature-based coaching is its ability to reduce stress and anxiety. Research has shown that spending time in natural settings can lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can improve mood and promote relaxation.
